Hydrologist Engineer | Salto Grande Binacional - Uruguay
He is an Environmental Hydraulic Engineer (University of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, 2001), Master in General and Applied Hydrology (CEDEX Madrid 2002), Master in Water Resources and Environmental Sanitation (UFRGS, Brazil, 2008). Nicolás is a Hydrologist Engineer at the Salto Grande hydroelectric power station, working on hydrological modeling and management systems to forecast flows to the reservoir.
Adjunct Professor of the Department of Water of the Regional North of the University of the Republic developing research projects in hydrology and irrigation. He has worked as an advisor in the creation of the National Water Directorate of Uruguay in the Ministry of Housing Territorial Ordering and Environment between the years 2006 and 2009.
